Online Permitting & Contractor Registration
Good Afternoon,
The City of Crestview Building Permits and Inspections office will implement a new online permitting and inspections software system April 21, 2022.
ALL contractors MUST register through the MGO contractor registration portal which is NOW OPEN for pre-registration. All documentation such as Licenses, Hold Harmless, Workman’s Comp, Liability Insurance etc., must be uploaded in the MGO portal.
You will need to create an account, if you do not have one already (link listed below).
If you currently have a Master Permit with our current system or will be submitting a Sub Permit for a previously issued Master Permit, all inspection request and permit submittals will need to be emailed to permits@cityofcrestview.org, DO NOT submit to MGO.
Only NEW permit applications will be submitted to MGO. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please email the Permitting Department.
