Crestview History

The City of Crestview was founded in 1916 and serves as the county seat for Okaloosa County, Florida. Located in the Panhandle of Florida, the City of Crestview has a population of over 23,000 and is one of the fastest growing cities in Northwest Florida. The Crestview Fire Department was founded in 1938. Today The Fire Department covers 12.8 square miles of the City with 3 Fire Stations and a 4th one on its way. The Fire Chief is Anthony Holland.  

Our Mission

The primary mission of the City of Crestview Fire Department is to provide superior quality emergency and nonemergency customer service to the residents of Crestview, visitors and neighboring communities. We are committed to serve with the highest standard of integrity in a courteous manner to protect life, property and the environment. We feel like its "Our family helping yours - whatever it takes".
