Created in 1992, the Building Division is a part of the Growth Management Department. We are a one-stop shop providing permits, plan review, and inspections for all residential and commercial construction projects within the City of Crestview.

Note: Prior to commencement of any construction or demolition, it is highly recommended that you call the Building Division at 850-689-1618 / 850-689-1619 to verify whether a permit is required. If work is performed without first obtaining a permit, the building owner will be responsible for paying a fine. In addition, the building owner may be required to pay for the approval of the work by a professional engineer or pay to have it dismantled, demolished, and/or redone.
